You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other units to analyze costs, build forecasts, and drive initiatives, delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in business planning, corporate strategy, financial planning, consulting, or a related field.
• 4–6 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and manage annual budgeting, forecasts, and business and financial plans across departments and Business Units.
• Responsible for development and preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for DCU with a deep understanding of cost drivers.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, and investment analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance business performance.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other business units to align strategic objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Develop executive presentations and reports for leadership meetings.

Yamaha is seeking to fill a Business Support & Planning Manager II for our facility in Kennesaw, GA. The Business Support & Planning Manager II is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring operational and strategic financial and business plans that support the organization's growth objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze costs, identify opportunities for improvement, develop financial and operational forecasts, and drive strategic initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing

What You Need To Be Successful
