Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for agency questions about the new platform.
• Log and organize all incoming communication in a central tracker so no request or commitment is lost.
• Maintain consistent outbound communication to agencies — status updates, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Partner with Distribution sales reps to prepare for agency touchpoints and follow up on commitments.
• Distinguish questions the sales team can answer from issues needing technical support, escalate with clear details.
• Track escalated items through to resolution and close the loop with the agency.
• Identify recurring questions and help build reusable FAQ and quick-reference material.

This intern supports the Distribution sales team as the central point of contact for agency communication during that rollout — keeping questions and concerns organized, maintaining steady communication with agencies, and escalating technical issues to the right people.
