Job Summary
The City of Fort Collins is looking for a Business Support ll to join our Planning and Development Services as a member of the Administrative Services Team. This is a full-time salaried position with the City with an anticipated hiring salary range of $44,000-$55,000 a year! The Business Support ll is a critical role within our organization; your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with external and internal customers through phone and email interactions, focusing on Code Compliance customer service and records management. Serving as the initial point of contact, you will be responsible for sending out violation letters, conducting thorough research for accurate information.
The role also includes efficient records management, involving the manipulation of data to generate comprehensive reports. The role also involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and offering support to external and internal customers.
