Job Description

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: NO degree is required to be eligible for this role.

• Disqualifiers: Candidates who have not supported a large team 5-7 years would not be qualified. Candidates without VP calendar management experience will not qualify.

• Best vs. Average: Looking for someone with organizational skills, willing to learn and grow and look for best practices. Someone who is self-motivated, ready to step up and take charge. Knows how to work autonomously while in an office setting. Can support a team mixed with onsite and remote members. MSFT experience not necessary. This is a hands on Admin – “boots on the ground” role.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how they meet deadlines and quality of work, team feedback.

1. Minimum 5 years Experience in VP calendar management
2. Minimum 5 years experience in customer service – working with a variety of people in a professional setting
3. Minimum 5 years experience with budget management

Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: This role will support the Teams team. This role supports 1 VP and apx 115 US team members.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to day-to-day rhythm of the team – working on site and collaboratively. Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for a group. Coordinates site visits, meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations for onboarding/offboarding, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned. No calendar support, but working with admins across the group
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 70% supporting a large team, 15% meetings, 15% onsite needs.
