JMG is in search of a full-timeBusiness Strategy Specialist. This individual willhelp achieve our strategic goals by playing a critical role supporting the Chief Operating Officer to execute strategic initiatives, manage operations, and drive organizational growth. This individual must possess exceptional organizational awareness, communication, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires knowledge of the RIA industry including themes, trends and systems along with familiarity and understanding of SEC policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a non-exempt position that is eligible for hybrid remote work after the initial training period. The duties of this role would include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide strategic support to assist the Chief Operating Officer in developing and implementing strategic plans
• Support day-to-day firmwide operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and recommend improvements as needed
• Help manage operational budgets, vendors and resources
• Serve as a liaison between the Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders, employees, and stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Chief Operations Officer
• Assist the Chief Operating Officer by building leadership and team development initiatives

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic, operations, project management, or data analytics or consulting role.

Compensation: Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime, bonuses and full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability and 401(k).
