Provides leadership in the evaluation of strategic objectives, formulation of strategic direction, and influences/supports decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics.
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study.
Six (6) years related work experience.
Work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, and industry analysis, market research, analysis of product performance, and support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.
Experience supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Demonstrated business acumen including understanding the impact of technology trends on business.
Strong communication and presentation skills, problem structuring and problem solving skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in databases, business intelligence (BI) tools, MS Office products and data modeling. Strong human relations skills.
Support business performance with data, financial, & analytical skills to identify growth & profitability opportunities. Use rigorous analysis & frameworks to open new approaches to improvements, influencing results by crafting compelling narratives.
Strong financial acumen; deep understanding of financial statements and ability to conduct industry comparative analyses. Experience/Exposure to game theory, scenarios, and frameworks in strategy development. Strong communication and presentation skills.
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
US Pay Range: $7,094.23-$12,533.14/mth. Colorado: $7,094.23-$12,010.93/mth. New York: $7,488.36-$12,533.14/mth. New York City: $9,064.85-$12,533.14/mth. Collierville, TN: $7,488.36-$9,922.70/mth. Plano, TX, and Pittsburgh, PA: $7,882.48-$10,444.28/mth
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preferred locations: Collierville, TN; Plano, TX; Pittsburgh, PA. Deadline: April 1 at 5 pm CST.
