What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of work experience in the foodservice healthcare industry
- Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic thinking
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful sales or cost management results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with contract management and multi-unit facility sales
- Demonstrated ability to present effectively at the C-suite level
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and reporting tools
- Ability to influence and sell without formal authority
