What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support sales growth and strengthen customer relationships within key integrated delivery networks (IDN) and healthcare accounts
- Build and deepen relationships with foodservice directors and executives at customer organizations
- Utilize a consulting approach to address financial performance and operational challenges
- Collaborate with distribution centers to develop and execute business/menu solutions sales strategies
- Document engagements and assist in creating future solutions-based services for cost containment and revenue enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of work experience in the foodservice healthcare industry
- Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic thinking
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful sales or cost management results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contract management and multi-unit facility sales
- Strong presentation skills, particularly at the C-suite level
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and reporting tools
- Ability to influence without formal authority
