Position Overview:

  • 1099 performance-based with the option of a draw
  • Outside B2B relationship building
  • Qualified pre-scheduled appointments (avg. 10-15 per week)
  • Industry-leading uncapped commissions (25%)
  • Monthly residuals (25%)
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses (paid weekly)
  • Performance bonuses (paid weekly)
  • Weekly draw (paid weekly)
  • Continuous training and support
  • Opportunities for advancement and career growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new clients through various channels, including pre-set appointments, door-to-door networking, and referrals to present our services
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building solid relationships
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to prepare and deliver cost-saving quotes tailored to client requirements
  • With the support of the internal sales managers, sign new accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, proposed solutions, and action plans in IRIS (CRM)
  • Join daily Zoom conference calls with the team
