Position Overview:

  • 1099 performance-based with the option of a draw
  • Outside B2B relationship building
  • Qualified pre-scheduled appointments (avg. 10-15 per week)
  • Industry-leading uncapped commissions (25%)
  • Monthly residuals (25%)
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses (paid weekly)
  • Performance bonuses (paid weekly)
  • Weekly draw (paid weekly)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through pre-scheduled appointments, door-to-door networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal sales managers to prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients, clearly articulating the cost savings and value of our services
  • Collaborate with internal sales managers to achieve targets and increase revenue
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, proposed solutions, and action plans
  • Attend daily team Zoom calls to stay updated on current company happenings and news, bonus shout-outs, and team-building activities

Skills [will train]:

  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Basic computer skills, including scanning of documents and email
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus,but all experience levels are welcome
