Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to align business processes with technology, enabling scalable architecture across property management, maintenance, CRM, ERP, and analytics. You will partner with business and tech leaders to drive data integrity and operational efficiency in a growing, resident-focused portfolio.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and cloud-based modernization with a strong emphasis on automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, change management or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience aligning business process with enterprise systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, Workday, or financial ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of property management, real estate operations, and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to assess business objectives and translate them into scalable, integrated technology solutions.
• Design and maintain enterprise-level architecture that supports the company’s ecosystem of applications, including property management, maintenance, CRM, ERP, and data analytics systems.
• Lead design sessions and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural solutions.
• Support data strategy initiatives by designing solutions that enable advanced analytics, business intelligence, and operational reporting.

This position focuses on designing and implementing that improve operational performance, strengthen data integrity, and support Progress Residential’s mission to make renting single-family homes easy and rewarding.The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of business processes across property management, maintenance operations, financial systems, and customer engagement.
