CLA is currently seeking a Business Software Director - Sage Intacct to join our growing CLA Digital Team. This role involves developing and managing staff, business plans, and fiscal budgets. The director is responsible for developing and administering the business software consulting practice within the region, including creating and updating strategies and guidelines for delivering business software solutions to clients.

About the role:

1. Business Software Services: Acts as a strategic thinker and problem solver for the business software team to clearly articulate complex topics. Coordinates and/or resolves business software problems directly with clients or as an expert resource for the team. Oversees technical aspects of development and implementation of business software solutions for clients.
2. Managing Engagements: Monitors action plans for multiple projects, delegates assignments based on team member strengths, and works with the Business Software Services Manager to review, correct course, and ensure quality. Builds relationships through marketing and networking, leveraging existing relationships to promote services, generate referrals, and attract new clients.
3. Managing Operations: Collaborates with local offices to ensure understanding of new initiatives, maintains consistency, and ensures compatibility with delivery capabilities. Develops improvement programs to enhance consulting capabilities and grow existing services.

Requirements:

• Experience with Contracts Module in Sage Intacct is required.
• At least 8 years of experience developing and implementing business software solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training).
