Responsibilities

• Review contract language and enter information into SAP accurately and quickly.
• Manage ECMS queues to prioritize and complete tasks promptly.
• Communicate with Frontline submitters via ECMS Email/Phone/Chat to resolve requests.
• Escalate appropriately to keep outliers to a minimum.
• Identify process improvement needs and suggest documentation updates.
• Collaborate with KBS teams to ensure accurate order-to-cash results.
• Collaborate with the Key Account team to improve processes and submissions.
• Maintain schedule flexibility to meet business deadlines.
• Balance workload with peers to optimize utilization.

As our Business Service Agent on the Key Account Contract team, you will manage all aspects of contract loading and changes into SAP and create invoices relating to contract changes.

Essential Functions:

• Review contract language and documentation and enter the correct information into SAP with a combination of speed and accuracy.
• Manage ECMS queues to prioritize and complete task workflows as quickly as possible given external variables.
• Own and drive constant positive, educational and collaborative communication (ECMS Email, Phone, Chat) with Frontline submitters to ensure speedy resolution of ECMS requests. Escalate to next level when no response from Frontline to proactively keep outliers to a minimum.
• Identify the need for process improvements, suggest documentation updates, and share with team to ensure consistency.
• Build and maintain positive collaborative working relationships with internal KBS teams to ensure speedy and accurate order to cash results.
• Build and maintain positive collaborative working relationships with the Key Account team to improve processes and ensure quality submissions.
• Display schedule flexibility to ensure work is completed by business deadlines.
• Proactively works with peers to ensure workload balance and individual utilization

You will bring 2+ years of relevant experience in either finance/customer service/quality/change/project management field to our KONE family. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associate’s degree or 5+ years of relevant working experience which includes excellent interpersonal skills, working knowledge of Microsoft products/SAP, and a strong focus on organization/prioritization/adaptability.

The hiring range for this role is $52,100 – $78,100. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
