As we pride ourselves on providing a world class customer experience you will have proven skills in customer service, a high level of attention to detail, a professional can-do attitude, and the desire to further your skills in these areas. You’ll be managing your own individual workload, predominantly focusing on reviewing and updating the information that we hold for our customers, ensuring appropriate risk ratings are in place, aligned to our regulatory responsibilities. This will involve researching and understanding our customers through public sources, completing adverse media searches, and contacting the customer via email and telephone calls when needed to ensure that we have a full and accurate reflection of the business. You may also be asked to support other areas of Business Savings, for which you will be provided with full and comprehensive training beforehand.
