U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Risk Specialist to support the identification, assessment, and management of business risks with emphasis on loss mitigation matters. You will partner with lines of business to understand issues, identify gaps, and track corrective actions to completion.

The role involves reviewing evidence, ensuring risks are addressed sustainably, and documenting outcomes with clear, justified deviations from plans. In-office work is expected several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of applicable experience in risk, compliance, or remediation.
• Experience researching complex business or operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate higher-risk loss mitigation issues.
• Coordinate corrective actions with business partners and track progress.
• Review testing results and supporting documentation for sustainability.
• Prepare written summaries of commitments and actions.
