CACI is seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join our Endpoint Engineering team on a contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security. The role reports to the PMO Business Analyst Manager and collaborates with Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience on infrastructure and endpoint projects, with strong BA background and knowledge of Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst on infrastructure/endpoint projects.
• DoD/DHS environment experience is desirable.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Strong ability to interview stakeholders and elicit requirements.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join our Endpoint Engineering team on a contract supporting Department of Homeland Security. This role will report to the PMO Business Analyst Manager and work closely with a team of Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working on infrastructure and endpoint engineering projects, helping customers translate business needs and value into technical project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish user classes, as well as their characteristics.
• Conduct interviews to gather user requirements through workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Work with stakeholders and the project team to prioritize collected requirements
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Assist in conducting research on software and hardware products to meet agreed-upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
• Assist, when needed, with executing Mac and/or mobility engineering tasks and troubleshooting issues

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD)
• B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 8 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience as a BA
• 2+ years of Mac and/or mobility engineering experience
• Attention to detail and resourcefulness
• Experience using Kanban boards and agile methodologies
• Expert of Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Desired:

• Previous DHS or DoD experience
• Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0 and SPM
• Any of the following certifications is highly desired:
• Certified Scrum Master
• ITIL Foundation
• Other IT technical certifications
• PMP

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $103,800 - $218,100
