Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to collect and document client requirements for complex fintech solution implementations, including upgrades and betas. You will liaise between clients and internal staff, ensuring timely communication to project leaders.

The role involves leading discovery for financial technology projects and creating comprehensive requirements documents and statements of work. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/BA/Technical writing and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience in multiple financial/remittance check processing systems.
  • Two+ years leading discovery for financial technology projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience facilitating client meetings to gather business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and assess customer requirements pertaining to network, software application, environment information and custom requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery meeting(s) with customer and internal Deluxe resources to develop and review the RD.
  • Lead and/or support SOW creation to ensure client requirements are captured and estimates are within 10% of actual costs.
  • Create RD for defined solution detailing configuration, modification and deployment.
  • Organize and facilitate transition meetings with the implementation team and review product set-up requirements.

Includes the necessary custom documentation effort in the estimate of work to be done. Acquire client signoff as appropriateOrganize and facilitate transition meeting with implementation team to review product set-up requirements and ensure understanding of the solution.
