Business Representative

Based in Elgin, IL

TITLE: Business Representative

EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF LABOR/HUMAN RESOURCES REQUIRED

Teamsters Local 330 represents private and public sector employees in various industries in the far western suburbs. We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in contract negotiations and in the field of Labor and/or Human Resources to join our staff.

Responsibilities will include assisting the Principal Officer with the administration of the Local Union which will include negotiating collective bargaining agreements, addressing member and employer questions and concerns, processing grievances, prepping for arbitrations, enforcing contracts, handling National Labor Relations Board issues, etc.

Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and exercise sound judgment in complex situations. Extensive experience with contract negotiations is a must. Competitive salary structure and excellent benefit package.
