How You Will Make an Impact
- Collect and consolidate information from spreadsheets, reports, and internal business systems.
- Analyze operational trends, recurring patterns, and performance indicators.
- Build clear dashboards, charts, and summary reports for business stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and clarify business questions.
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before distribution.
- Support recurring reporting cycles and time-sensitive ad hoc data requests.
- Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and standardized processes.
- Apply appropriate data privacy and governance practices when handling business information.
- Translate analytical findings into practical, easy-to-understand business insights.
Do You Bring Proven Success in Business Reporting and Data Visualization?
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, operational analytics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation, and data organization.
- Experience creating dashboards or visual reports with Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or a comparable tool.
- Ability to identify trends and explain their business significance without relying on highly technical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to data quality.
- Experience gathering reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage routine deliverables while responding to ad hoc analytical requests.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Basic knowledge of data governance, confidentiality, and privacy principles.
- Advanced programming or data engineering experience is not required.
