PURPOSE: The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a senior-level individual contributor who serves as a trusted advisor, advocate, and liaison between business partners and the companys product and information technology teams.
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a senior-level individual contributor who serves as a trusted advisor, advocate, and liaison between business partners and the companys product and information technology teams.
The BRM helps business partners translate needs into actionable opportunities that improve process efficiency, create operational scale, support technology enhancements, and advance strategic and product development initiatives.
This role works with business customers/partners and key stakeholders to identify, analyze, and capture business value for each initiative while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and the enterprise roadmap.
This position has no direct reports, however, may informally lead teams in a matrix environment.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
10 years progressive experience to include business/system analysis, program/project management, or related advisory or delivery experience with demonstrated delivery of complex initiatives in matrix and cross functional working environments and teams.

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances, including but not limited to experience, internal equity, and location.
