TriNet, a leading provider of HR solutions for small and midsize businesses, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge technology and business leadership. You will translate needs into requirements, user stories, and process maps, collaborating with engineers, HR stakeholders, and product owners to deliver valuable solutions.

You will mentor other analysts, analyze processes for efficiency, conduct market research, and help define enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to define application requirements.
• Produce developer-friendly functional designs, user stories, and wireframes reflecting business requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business and engineering, providing progress updates to senior management.
• Conduct user story grooming sessions with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Develop and document business processes for cross-functional applications.
• Analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency.
• Research software applications to understand functionality and propose change recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement technical solutions.
• Lead testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Produce process maps and models, analyze data for patterns and trends.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements with senior management buy-in.
• Conduct market and industry research to inform enterprise recommendations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for key initiatives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of supported business areas and data.
• Mentor other Business Analysts and guide issue resolution.
