Job summary

Adams & Martin Group in El Segundo, CA seeks an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of business and real estate litigation experience. This role offers a hybrid or remote schedule and a chance to handle sophisticated matters from inception through trial with strong support staff.

Base salary ranges from $180,000 to $260,000 DOE, with annual bonuses up to $30,000 and quarterly bonuses up to $12,500, plus a 10% referral commission on collected fees from work originated by you.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.
• 5+ years of plaintiff and/or defense litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and real estate litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in complex disputes.
• Work closely with managing attorneys and experienced paralegal support.
