Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects within manufacturing, tech, electronics, or supply chain environments.
• Proven track record delivering business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation.

About The Role

The Business Program Manager will lead cross-functional business initiatives focused on operational excellence, process transformation, business intelligence, and automation. This role serves as the bridge between Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, business process expertise, analytical capabilities, and experience driving enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation.
• Develop project charters, business requirements, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Service Operations, and executive leadership.
• Monitor program performance, milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence.
• Escalate risks and issues and propose mitigation plans.
• Partner with BI developers and analysts to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Act as primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
• Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance initiatives, including SOX-related process controls and documentation.
• Ensure proper project governance and documentation standards are maintained.
• Assist in audit support and process validation activities.
• Support enterprise reporting initiatives involving:
• Financial Analysis
• Other Revenue Analytics
• Inventory Management
• Freight and trade compliance Analytics
• Warranty Reserve Analysis

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or above in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Finance, or related functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in manufacturing, technology, electronics, supply chain, or service operations environments.
• Proven track record delivering business transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL and data analytics concepts.
• Familiarity with business automation tools and workflow solutions.
• Strong project planning and execution abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Risk management and issue resolution expertise.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading enterprise business intelligence initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with Jira.

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $118,125 and $157,500 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
