DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Business & Product Enablement Associate in Atlanta, GA. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years' experience.
• Strong writing, PowerPoint and storytelling skills.

• Commercial curiosity and interest in products and business strategy.
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lean quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support development of product positioning and value propositions with new products and GTM.
• Create product, leadership and executive presentations.
• Develop customer and business success stories using input from SMEs for internal and external audiences.
• Support strategic campaigns and management board priorities.
• Gather business information and stakeholder input for presentations and materials.
• Translate technical product information into clear business messaging.
• Support business reviews through narrative development, executive summaries and presentation content.
• Maintain content libraries, templates and reusable product materials.
• Coordinate with Communications, Marketing, product functions on initiatives.
• Provide messaging and presentation support for priority commercial opportunities.

As a Business & Product Enablement Associate you will support the DGF NORAM Management Board (NMB) with strategic priority execution, helping turn complex business information into clear and practical materials, messaging and collateral. You will contribute to product and business development agendas through value propositions, portfolio presentations, business stories and strategic campaigns. The role builds broad business knowledge through exposure to executive priorities, connecting the dots and creating standards across products and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of product positioning and value propositions with a focus on new products and in combination with go-to-market efforts
• Create product, leadership and executive presentations
• Develop customer and business success stories using input from subject-matter experts, for both internal and external audiences
• Support strategic campaigns, mid-and long-term strategy communications and selected Management Board priorities
• Gather business information, proof points and stakeholder input for presentations and materials
• Help translate technical or complex product information into clear business messaging
• Support selected business reviews through narrative development, executive summaries and presentation content.
• Maintain content libraries, templates and reusable product materials
• Coordinate with internal Communications, Marketing, products and functions on relevant initiatives
• Provide selective messaging and presentation support for priority commercial opportunities

Skills / Requirements:

• Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience Level: Recent graduate or up to 2 years' experience.
• Strong writing, PowerPoint and storytelling skills
• Ability to simplify complex information
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Commercial curiosity and interest in products and business strategy

Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Based on Experience)
