Cintas Corporation is seeking a Business Process Specialist II - HR to drive and optimize HR processes, programs, and systems from Mason, OH. This role partners with multiple business units and HRIS to implement strategic improvements and ensure effective change management across the HR organization.

The successful candidate will lead moderate to large projects, gather and document requirements, develop training and communications, and act as a SME for HR processes and technology solutions.

Job Description

Cintas is hiring a Business Process Specialist II - HR to support and enhance Human Resources processes and programs for the company. This role will lead and support critical HR strategic initiatives by identifying, driving, and optimizing processes, programs, and systems that enable success across the Human Resources organization. This position requires collaboration across all business units and serves as a key resource for process improvement, business requirements, and HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Solutions Analysis: Lead efforts with business units to identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives. Gather, document, and validate business requirements for moderate to complex projects.
• 2. Knowledge Management: Partner with business and HRIS teams to align technology solutions with business strategies and serve as a subject matter expert for multiple HR processes.
• 3. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of HR systems and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and support system enhancements.
• 4. Communication: Develop and deliver communications, training, and guidance related to business process improvements. Effectively communicate recommendations, project updates, and process changes to stakeholders.
• 5. Project Management: Demonstrated success leading moderate to large projects, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring quality outcomes.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience and knowledge of HR processes including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Relations.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and gathering business requirements.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience working in SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Experience communicating business issues, solutions, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience leading moderate to large projects and driving change initiatives.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert for HR processes or systems.
