Credence is seeking a Business Process Re-engineering Specialist – Junior Level to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Strategic Capabilities and Processes Directorate. In this role, you will help modernize enterprise business processes that enhance the DLA's ability to deliver agile, efficient, and data-driven logistics support to the Warfighter. You will provide facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business process reengineering across all phases, identify best practices, support change management initiatives, apply business management techniques, contribute to organizational development efforts, perform activity and data modeling, and support information systems development methods and practices. The successful candidate will apply process improvement and business process reengineering methodologies to support process modernization initiatives, improve operational effectiveness, and advance the Directorate's strategic transformation objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify best practices and create and assess performance measurements
• Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts
• Communicate verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at all levels.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with four (4) years of relevant experience
• One (1) years of experience in business process re‑engineering with demonstrated, increasing responsibilities within this field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to negotiate outcomes and create frequent business presentations
• Experience with EDI/XML electronic data exchange experience (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology) and a specific logistics function (e.g., finance, supply, contract administration, transportation and operations research) and first‑hand knowledge of the following:
