ABB is seeking a Senior Business Process Manager to lead the commercial and engineering business process management across the ELDS North American sites. You will guide the IS team and Business Process Owner in implementing end-to-end process and application solutions, ensuring rapid resolution of cross-functional issues and strong collaboration with process stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, business process management, operational excellence and digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leadership experience with managers, project teams, or cross-functional organizations.
• Demonstrated track record leading multi-site transformation, process standardization, change management, and portfolio execution.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 ERP environments.

• Lead, coach, and develop the commercial and engineering business process management organization across the ELDS North American sites.
• Defining vision and strategies for end-to-end process and applications solutions in collaboration with business owners.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for cross-functional commercial process and systems issues.
