Job summary

Nexlogica is seeking a BPM Developer in California to manage county-wide electronic form applications, encompassing development, testing, and optimization based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with BPM tools like Nintex and PowerApps alongside object-oriented programming.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and at least two years of experience with electronic forms design and SharePoint Online integrations. This position is open to California residents only.

Job description

Position Description

The BPM Developer will manage and oversee the county-wide and departmental electronic form applications, including but not limited to supporting, planning, architecting, developing, re‑designing/modifying, testing, installing, configuring, and optimizing all existing and new electronic forms/business processes based on business needs, requirements, and analysis using low‑code BPM workflow/tools such as Nintex, PowerApps, or other development tools. The BPM Developer will possess knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise/experience in application software development methodologies; responsible for analyzing, refining, and translating requirements into design; developing, testing, implementing, and supporting new or modified automated electronic form, workflow, or business processes; deploying, configuring, optimizing, and integrating applications and components; writing and maintaining system documentation; applying database management principles, performance management, and assessment including monitoring and managing application performance; applying vendor‑provided hotfixes and patches; and demonstrating strong BPM knowledge and skills. The BPM Developer will provide subject matter expertise in industry to evaluate new software technologies and work with customers, software vendors, and internal teams within the IT organization to support or troubleshoot application‑related work such as customer requests and incidents as applicable.

Experience Required
  • Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years designing business processes, electronic forms and layout, User Interface/User Experience using BPM designer tools such as Nintex, PowerApps, and/or other on‑prem tool and Nintex Workflow Cloud
  • Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years implementing solutions with multiple data sources (e.g., MS Azure SQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Databases)
  • Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Office 365 (O365), Azure Cloud/AD, and API/REST services integrations
  • Five (5) years of experience in object‑oriented programming using Java, PowerShell, Power Automate, or .NET
Education Required

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field.
