BPM Developer - Senior

Position Description

• Manage and oversee the county-wide and departmental electronic form applications, supporting, planning, architecting, developing, redesigning/modifying, testing, installing, configuring, and optimizing all existing and new electronic forms/business processes based on business needs, requirements, and analysis using low‑code BPM workflow tools like Nintex, PowerApps, or other development tools.
• Possess knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise/experience in application software development methodologies; responsible to analyze, refine and translate requirements into design; develop, test, implement, and support new/modified automated electronic form/workflow/business processes; deploy, configure, optimize and integrate applications and components; write and maintain system documentation; database management principles including structure, design, modeling, and optimization; performance management and assessment including monitoring and managing applications performances; apply vendor‑provided hotfixes and patches; possess good BPM knowledge and skills.
• Provide subject matter expertise in industry to evaluate new software technologies; work with customers, software vendors, and internal teams within the IT organization to support and troubleshoot application‑related work such as customer requests and incidents as applicable.
