Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Process Improvement Engineer to identify and manage continuous improvement projects across U.S. CMbE sites. You will analyze data, conduct audits, and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements that drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, mapping as-is processes, and designing to-be workflows, coaching teams, and coordinating with external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business process improvement or process engineering in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
  • Understanding of business systems data flow and architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
  • Exceptional communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience coordinating projects with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate process mapping and analysis workshops to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Act as a change agent, engaging stakeholders across the organization.
  • Document current workflows and design future processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Audit processes and systems to identify non-conformances and improvements.
  • Communicate activities and results to business stakeholders.

Acting as a single point of contact for stakeholders, this role focuses on analysing data, conducting business audits, and recommending improvements.Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Lead and facilitate process mapping and analysis workshops with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. \* Be a “vehicle of change”. This person must be comfortable working with all levels within the organisation.
