Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Engineer to drive process transformation and operational efficiency in Denver. You will map current and future states, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and lead initiatives with business and IT partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years with a 4 year degree; or 6 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience creating current-state and future-state process maps, value stream maps, SIPOCs, and workflow designs using Visio or similar process modeling tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment and build consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive priorities forward with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and measurable process solutions.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement recommendations.
  • Ability to lead process transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to deliver operational efficiencies and improved business outcomes.

  • Develop and facilitate data, documentation, KPIs, and training materials for rollouts.
  • Work independently and train junior staff as needed.
  • Partner with business and IT to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
  • Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
  • Lead and or participate in project Implementation of business projects initiatives and priorities. Working directly with cross functional Business Team & IT.
  • Develops/facilitates required data, documentation, KPIs and process and roll out training documentation
  • Works independently

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$102,900.00 - $121,121.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
