Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create detailed business process maps and documentation.
  • Design and implement new or improved business processes.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate process effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with business units for successful process implementation.
  • Provide training and support during transitions.
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust processes as needed.
  • Participate in change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree or MBA required.
  • Eight to ten years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
