This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing new business processes, as well as improving existing ones to optimize performance and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed business process maps and documentation
• Design and implement new or enhanced business processes
• Develop and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes
• Coordinate with various business units to ensure successful implementation of new processes
• Provide training and support to business units during process transition
• Monitor the results of process changes and make necessary adjustments
• Participate in change management activities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards if applicable

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
