DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze, design, implement, and continuously improve DHA business processes, enterprise applications, and technology solutions. You will work to increase operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, data quality, and user adoption across North Texas.

As a technical business partner, you will translate requirements into scalable solutions, support system deployments, and provide guidance during adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyses business processes and operational workflows to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, improved internal controls, data quality, and continuous improvement.
• Partners with business units to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements, system configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and other technology solutions.
• Develops, modifies, and supports operational reports and data visualizations using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar platforms.
• Writes and executes basic SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data in support of reporting, system testing, and business process analysis.
• Leads or supports application implementations, configurations, testing, upgrades, deployments, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Configures and maintains assigned business applications and coordinates with IT staff, vendors, and business units on enhancements and issue resolution.
• Maintains knowledge of assigned applications, product releases, and emerging technologies relevant to DHA operations.
• Provides technical guidance, demonstrations, implementation support, and knowledge transfer to end users.
