We are seeking a high-level Business Process Consultant II to serve within the TSA Trusted Traveler & Credentialing (TTC) Business Capabilities Branch. This role is contingent upon contract award. The person filling this role is responsible for supporting the development, prioritization, and continuous optimization of business processes, system capabilities, and requirements for TSA's vetting, credentialing, screening, and trusted traveler programs. The primary focus includes business systems development support, process re-engineering, and managing requirements lifecycle activities within IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) or designated workflow platforms.

The person in this role will be required to be on-site at the designated office location at least one day per week with respective team as assigned by Government lead and additional days as operationally needed, ensuring adequate support for in-person collaboration, meetings, and critical on-site activities. Schedule flexibility is required in the event of an actual emergency the Contracting Officer may direct the contractor to change work hours or locations or institute changes to telework posture.
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $105,957 and $120,916 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
