Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Consultant to lead the design and optimization of end-to-end business processes spanning SAP and ServiceNow platforms. This role will focus on defining future-state workflows, gathering business requirements, and translating operational needs into integration requirements that enable seamless process execution between SAP and ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise within SAP business processes and a strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, ensuring business processes are effectively designed before being handed off to technical integration teams for implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Design

• Lead process discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Create detailed process maps, swim lanes, user stories, and business requirements.
• Ensure alignment between SAP processes and ServiceNow workflows.

SAP-ServiceNow Functional Integration Design

• Define business process touchpoints between SAP and ServiceNow.
• Author functional specifications for integration requirements.
• Establish data ownership and process governance across both platforms.
• Partner with SAP functional teams and ServiceNow product owners to align business workflows.
• Define approval workflows, exception handling, escalations, and reporting requirements.
