Job summary

MAP is seeking a seasoned Business Process Consultant to join its North America team. You will drive operating models, process design, value streams, and change management for major brands, shaping client transformations and growth initiatives.

Based in EST with flexible location in Austin or Toronto, you will lead workshops, map capabilities, define roles, and own end-to-end client workstreams in collaboration with technology, data, and marketing operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or similar field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, Change Management or similar disciplines.
• Working knowledge of business architecture practices such as process design, value streams, and operating model design.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments, independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Willingness to travel and be flexible across time zones.

Responsibilities

What will your day look like?

As a Member Of Our Business Architecture Team, You Will Work With Peers And Other Consultants, Driving Commercial Opportunities And Helping Us Take Our Service Offering To The Next Level. More Specifically, Your Tasks Include

• Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working
• Mapping and designing organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes
• Defining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks
• Developing and implementing solutions to support and improve our clients' ways of working
• Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to optimize organizational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness
• Developing operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies that translate new ways of working into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
• Engaging and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders — including cross-functional and executive audiences — to build understanding and drive adoption of new processes, tools, or templates
• Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernize client processes and improve operational performance
• Owning end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working, which includes project management and coordination between teams

• A demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment
• A willingness to travel and be flexible, as many of our clients and colleagues are located in other time zones
