Job summary

NYK Group Americas Inc. in Secaucus, NJ seeks a Business Process Analyst/System Help Desk to support NSA RORO processes and IT systems such as PRESTO and TOM. You will analyze and improve business processes, coordinate with BPM teams, NBSA, and external partners, and drive system enhancements.

You will participate in weekly meetings, document requirements, and perform UAT for deployments, while providing status updates and KPI-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, business or IT field preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience documenting requirements and SOPs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in BPM team meetings to share status and risks.
• Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders and departments.
• Document and communicate business requirements for local system enhancements.
• Conduct UAT for system changes and defects with NBSA.
• Provide management with status reports and KPI insights.
• Coordinate with IT, BPM and external parties to prioritize enhancements.
