Node.Digital in Arlington, VA seeks an IT Requirements Manager to support a U.S. Government mission, leading requirements gathering and use case development for technology insertions. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, document workflows, and define measurable objectives for pilot initiatives, ensuring traceability and governance alignment.

A U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI is preferred, and DHS EOD suitability is also noted.

• 5+ years of business/requirements analyst experience with strong analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions.
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation.

Business Process Analyst/ IT Requirements Manager

Location: Arlington, VA

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance

Node is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber‑attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services.

Node is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support this critical customer mission.

Responsibilities:

• Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives

Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with use case development and user story creation
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project coordination and tracking
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
• Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
• Experience with agile requirements management
• Familiarity with cost‑benefit analysis and ROI calculations
• Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks

Required Education:

BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
