Greenheck Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst II/III in Schofield, WI, to identify and track IT/system projects that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work with multiple functions to define requirements, drive improvements, and coordinate resources from concept to completion.

The role emphasizes process standardization, data-driven insights, and hands-on coaching across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms. On-site work with limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

4–8 years of relevant work experience.
SAP (ERP) experience required.
Systems, Engineering or Manufacturing background with lean concepts.
PM skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and prioritize system-related projects across the business unit.
Define bottlenecks and standardize processes to reduce errors and improve throughput.
Collaborate with Corporate IT to define system requirements and lead change management.
Communicate programming needs to IT and implement changes efficiently.
Translate business requirements into system specifications and document processes.
