MIRACORP is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on evaluating and documenting business processes, leading improvement initiatives, and ensuring quality standards are met in support of the Department of State Passport Services project.

The ideal candidate holds U.S. citizenship, can pass a federal background check, and possesses a SECRET clearance, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and lead process improvement initiatives.
