Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years process mapping/analysis.
• Awareness of flowcharts and swimlane diagrams.
• Awareness of basic Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Facilitate SME interviews to document process models.
• Able to harvest requirements in documented process.
• Process maps, SOPs, workflows.
• Analyze workflows and KPIs.
• General business operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process discovery, mapping, and improvement workshops with stakeholders across the organization.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes using BPMN standards.
• Maintain and govern process documentation repositories to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Analyze workflows, procedures, and business operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps, swim lane diagrams, value stream maps, and supporting documentation.
• Assist business units in defining process performance measures and KPIs.
• Support the development and maintenance of process governance standards, methodologies, and best practices.
