Job summary

- Identify and analyze business needs/gaps, conducting requirements gathering, defining scope and objectives, and eliminating duplicate/redundancies
- Onboarding new employees packets providing a quality review for documents submitted to program
- Linking large data sets from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment that can be used for reporting and presentations
- Provide brief outs to management regarding work and projects - i.e. analysis report, executive summary, etc.
- Develop and/or execute existing systems and processes for gathering and storing data for future projects
- Daily to weekly management of repositories and system updates
- Able to document process and work instructions
- Proactively identifies trends impacting the delivery of the services and provide awareness with recommendations
- Monitors and reports performance against baseline to ensure that contractual costs and schedule objectives are met
- Able to effectively communicate with the delivery line leads and leadership to ensure deliverables are achieved
- Calculate and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer needs to support financial forecasting and budget
- Increase efficiency by using different skills and tools such as data repository management, power automate and other internal systems that the company uses
- Able to collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data as well as support in person engagements
- Able to work onsite to support/facilitate customer, company, and community events

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $52,700.00 - $71,300.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
