Wayne State College seeks a Business Process Analyst to model and enhance IT-enabled business processes within the Records and Registration Department. You will work with the technology team to support data integration, system permissions, and maintenance of office records with strong attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
You will develop and maintain degree audits, test PeopleSoft modules, and assist with graduation processes, catalog updates, and cross-office data projects.

Business Process Analyst
Responsible for modelling, creating, implementing, enhancing, and/or documenting maintainable analytical solutions into business processes to effect change within a function, program, and/or department. Are subject matter experts for systems, providing guidance and support to others as needed. Works closely with the technology department communicating IT and data integration needs, as well as application maintenance and support.
Support overall operations and management of the functional office.
Maintain software functionality and create new solutions that have a significant impact on the overall goals of the department and/or the department’s ability to support institutional needs.
Associate’s degree or work related experience.

Salary Information Competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Attractive and comprehensive benefit package. Annual salary range is $57,512-$71,890.
