Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with Finance teams and enhance reporting and processes for efficient operations. You will identify opportunities to automate and use data to support decision-making across a growing company.

Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving user issues, maintaining Finance software, and collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL; Python or VBA experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a B2B environment is an asset.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and improve technology processes for the department, building efficiencies through automation and smart use of data.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python or other programming languages. Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment is an asset.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
