Job summary

Apogee Engineering is seeking Journeyman and Senior Business Process Analysts to design, document, and improve processes underpinning NASIC Business Architecture. On-site role at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH, with occasional travel.

Candidates should have US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, Lean Six Sigma certification, and a track record of DoD or similar organization process improvements. Three years (journeyman) to ten years (senior) of experience required.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: TS/SCI.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Journeyman: 3+ years in business process analysis with a bachelor’s degree.
• Senior: 10+ years in business process analysis with a master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes using standard modeling techniques.
• Develop recommendations for process changes and support implementation activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure processes align with program objectives and compliance requirements.

• Prepare and present process analysis findings and recommendations.

Apogee Engineering is looking for Journeyman and Senior experienced Business Process Analysts. The Business Process Analysts provide journeyman-to-senior level analytical support to design, document, and improve business processes underpinning NASIC Business Architecture. This position translates mission and organizational requirements into optimized workflows and supports change implementation.

Minimum Experience:

Journeyman: Minimum three years of experience in business process analysis or related functional area; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Senior: Minimum ten years of experience in business process analysis or related functional area; Master's degree in a relevant field

Demonstrated experience conducting process improvement initiatives in support of DoD or similar organizations.
