Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Document current and future-state processes using standard modeling techniques.
• Develop recommendations for process changes and support implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and compliance.
• Support development of performance measures and monitoring mechanisms.
• Prepare and present process analysis findings and recommendations.
