NextDecade is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst to join the Rio Grande LNG project finance team in Houston. The role will drive monthly actual vs budget analysis, build and maintain financial models, and provide insights to leadership to support budgeting and forecasting for construction and operations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles within energy, strong Excel modeling skills, and proven ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.

The FP&A Sr Analyst is part of a dynamic team and actively provides financial information and analysis to support multiple functions developing our Rio Grande LNG (RGLNG) project. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead elements of the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor performance against financial plans, and present their findings and recommendations to key leadership.

This position operates in a professional office environment with occasional work within or outside of a complex construction environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers/fax, filing cabinets, etc.This is primarily a sedentary role; however, the incumbent must be able to stand and/or sit continuously to perform all essential job functions for a full shift.
