Role & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for leading the performance and continuous improvement of the field service network through strategic program and project management, partner relationship oversight, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive an idea while fostering collaboration across teams and partners to deliver results. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO and the leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee end-to-end management of field service programs and projects. Define processes, establish tracking mechanisms, and ensure performance aligns with strategic objectives.
Lead day-to-day management of partners and vendor relationships to ensure alignment, accountability, and service quality across the field service network.
Design, build, and maintain reports that adapt to evolving business needs, providing leadership and field teams with accurate, timely visibility into performance metrics.
Align and maintain KPIs and goals, monitoring the service network's performance to ensure targets are achieved. Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Develop PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate performance results, program updates, and storytelling to senior leadership.
