• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or community outreach.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with no more than five points.

Responsibilities

• Establish connections with local businesses, vendors, and community partners to identify potential collaborations.
• Maintain existing business relationships and explore ways to strengthen and expand partnerships.
• Meet with prospective business partners to understand their operational needs and determine how The Arc can deliver quality work and services.
• Identify, pursue, and secure contracts and piece-work opportunities for The Arc’s Employment Center.
• Coordinate contract details, work specifications, pricing, work orders, and ongoing communication with business partners.
• Work collaboratively with vocational staff to ensure contracted assignments are completed successfully and meet business partners’ expectations.
• Build awareness of The Arc’s vocational services through networking, presentations, and community outreach.
• Advocate for inclusive employment and meaningful work opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

What You’ll Bring to the Role
